Product Support Assistant - Risk Rating

Salary: Up to £20,000 depending upon experience.

Location: Hampton, Middlesex.

Healix Risk Rating Ltd has developed Medical Risk Assessment Tools uniquely providing the travel insurance industry with the ability to incorporate medical risk assessment into their own on-line and call centre policy sales processes all of which is widely used within the medical insurance sectors. 

The Role   Due to our expanding Risk Rating workload and Healix Group of Companies growth, we now require a Product Support Assistant to join our Hampton based Team.  This is a new role with plenty of opportunity for development and career progression.

Working  with colleagues you will be involved  with the development  and maintenance of the services we provide to our Risk Rating clients.  You will be required to manage software in relation to Medical Risk Assessment Tools and maintain reporting and management information for the Risk Rating team and external clients.

You will also be involved with, client integration, auditing, and product testing, as well as providing a communication link between external clients and our IT team.

The Hours   We work a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.  However, given the nature of the role hours may vary in line with business needs.  This is primarily an office based position but there may be some requirement to travel.

Our Requirements   We are looking for an ambitious and personable individual, with a good level of computer literacy, experience of working within the insurance industry and with working within project teams would be an advantage.  A good level of competent written and verbal communication is necessary.
