Assistance Co-ordinator(s)
Salary: Up to £25,000 depending upon experience.
Location: Esher, Surrey
Healix International - We provide an end-to-end service to policyholders who are taken ill abroad and need medical assistance or advice possibly leading to a repatriation home or evacuation to another country where better medical facilities are available. Our expertise in assessing a patient's condition and medical needs, means we can make informed decisions about whether to use air ambulances or commercial flights with appropriately qualified and equipped medical escorts.
The Role Due to our expanding caseload and Healix Group of Companies growth, we now require additional Assistance Co-ordinators to join our Esher based Team. Working alongside Doctors and Nurses as part of a fast paced and diverse team, the role requires the provision of a service responding to the needs of International clients. You will be providing support and advice to policyholders, managing their expectations whilst adhering to the terms of the policy.
The Hours We provide a 24 hour service, 7 days per week. Our Esher office provides a service from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Outside of these hours the service is provided by our New Zealand office.
Job holders will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week, working 7.5 hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 10pm including weekends and bank holidays.
Our Requirements We are looking for bright personable individuals with a good level of competent written and verbal communication skills, and good computer literacy. In addition, experience of working within the international assistance/claims handling industry and a second language (French or Spanish) would be an advantage.
