Towergate AUL Case Study

As a broker network, Towergate AUL once worked in the traditional way, using a paper-based system to sell travel insurance and collect information through hundreds of individual brokers. This occasionally haphazard system meant that insurers like UKUL often had difficulty collecting and collating premiums, and management information.

Our Safiri™ policy sales and risk assessment system changed all that, allowing every broker to migrate to an efficient online system that was easily accessible to all and included the ability to quote for pre-existing medical conditions. Through Safiri™, Towergate AUL were able to provide their brokers with a useful sales tool and at the same time centralise data and as such the entire M.I. collection process. The system also enabled them to answer broker queries on-line, in a live environment and made it easy to submit timely reports at the end of each month.

We implemented the Safiri™ system with the full range of schemes offered by Towergate AUL and thanks to its user-friendly interface, non-technical staff at Towergate AUL have since been able to set up new schemes themselves.
